Mix'N Go™ saves having to separate thick sets from thin. This frees your
staff from the laborious task of manual sorting, eliminating the
possibility of human error and enabling them to spend time on more

Mix'N Go™ Handles All Sets in One Efficient Run
Neopost's exclusive Mix'N Go™ saves start-up and processing time by
automatically optimising fold and envelope selection. It checks each set
and decides whether to fold and insert into a small envelope, or insert
without folding into a large one.
Detection is done without stopping the flow, and works by number of
pages, OMR, or type of enclosure.
Continuous Output
When one conveyor is full, SI 92 switches to the other, leaving you time
to empty the first one.
Refill Without Stopping
Document and envelope feeders can be refilled without stopping
production, maximising practical speed. FlexFeed® trays hold up to 500
sheets, reducing the number of times the operator will need to refill
them.

Located in each document feeder Secure'N Feed™ checks that the exact
number of sheets is collected from each feeder.
Secure'N Sert™ measures the thickness of the complete set just before it
is inserted, to ensure the recipient receives the right documents in the
right quantity.
Both Secure'N Feed™ and Secure'N Sert™ use reliable electromechanical
technology which operates even in the presence of paper dust. It works
with any print density, paper colour and thickness.
Assured Collation of Variable Length Sets
The accumulation station, with its OMR (Optical Mark Reading) facility,
ensures correct collation of variable length sets.
Its unique OMR concept gives a command if - and only if - two specific
marks are read by two different readers.
Ink smudges or accidental prints are detected as errors instead of
commands, avoiding incorrect collations, which are possible with single
reader systems.
Secure and Efficient Treatment of Specific Sets
Specific sets (ie those which require special handling) can be diverted
into two off-line bins without stopping the machine, reducing the risk
of these being mixed up with other documents and/or sent to the wrong
addressee.
While these sets are diverted, processing continues at the same fast
rate which the accumulation station affords, thus maintaining optimum
efficiency.
Efficient Mail Sorting
SI 92 automatically sorts mail into up to three exit directions based on
envelope size, postal code, set thickness, OMR mark, or a combination of
these.

Retain Existing OMR Marks
If it is not feasible to modify your computer program to print Neopost
OMR marks, the system will read your existing marks, thanks to
customised FlexRead™ software, allowing swift and simple adaptation.

Maximise the Thickness of Each Set and Save Money

sheets, with a choice of four fold types.
This allows the opportunity to combine several mailings into one
envelope, or use smaller envelopes, saving time as well as cutting
postage and material costs.

feeders are available to process very thin paper or thick enclosures
such as booklets and brochures.
