envelopes an hour, ready to frank and mail. DS 80 handles multi-part
mailings with ease, inserting up to 8 sheets into one envelope.
It e-x-p-a-n-d-s to 6 stations to meet developing needs - yet
fits the same small space as its 2 station version. Automatic collation
checks and many optional facilities make it highly efficient, cost
effective and user friendly.

DS 80 accepts many envelope formats and can insert postcards, reply
envelopes, even pre-folded leaflets and non-standard sizes. FlexFeed®
special feeders improve handling of difficult items, such as glossy
paper and small booklets.

added convenience, letter feeders can be replaced with short trays for
small enclosures.

Neopost exclusive Load'N Go® automatically does all the system
settings for you.
Simply Load the envelopes and enclosures 'N press the
start button to Go. DS 80 measures the envelopes and enclosures,
setting the folds to match. This means anyone can use the system for
standard jobs, with no need for expert help.
User-friendly and straightforward, Load'N Go® jobs are set up
automatically, with minimum operator intervention. Load 'N Go® jobs can
now be saved to 20 job memory for instant recall and added convenience.
 Save
time with FlexFeed®
FlexFeed® feeders handle different kinds of paper in a variety of
sizes all at once, with no need to change feeders. You can process up to
8 pages in one go, with a manual feed option from the top tray for
stapled sets - ideal for newsletters.
 Flexible
presentation
Multi-function feeders enable documents to be collated in any order, and
any insert can be the address carrier. Simply choose how you want your
mail to be presented, without being constrained by feeder capability.
PowerFold® technology enables you to fold up to 8 sheets at once,
into 3 if required. This allows the opportunity to combine several
mailings into one envelope, or use smaller envelopes, cutting costs and
saving time.
 Continuous
operation
Automatic switching between feeders enables non-stop operation. You can
refill one feeder while the machine keeps running from the next, and so
on.
The MaxiFeeder® option increases capacity to 325 business reply
envelopes or pre-folded leaflets, or 1200 sheets of 80gsm paper. This
means maximum productivity with minimum interruption.
 On-line
security check
Two features help prevent mis-collations being despatched: Secure'N
Feed® checks the correct number of inserts are sent from each
feeder. Secure'N Sert® measures the thickness of the collated
set, as a final check before insertion. To avoid stoppages and maximise
efficiency, the IntelliDeck® diverts double or faulty documents
while the system keeps running.

collation accuracy
Optional OMR (Optical Mark Reading) provides guaranteed collation
accuracy for confidential material, eg invoices and statements. This
ensures private documents are sent only to the right addressee.
OMR also enables personalised mailings, including variable inserts, with
no need for manual sorting.
